About an order
Books are sold through Amazon and Etsy, so the retailer holds the order and is the only one who can replace or refund it — and their process is faster than anything we could put in the middle. Start there. Then send us a photo anyway if a book arrived misprinted: that is a fault at the printer, and we cannot get it fixed for the next batch if nobody tells us.
About a coloring book
Paper weight, whether a book is single-sided, which pens bleed and which do not — ask about the specific title and we will answer for that title rather than in general. If the answer is useful to more than one person it usually ends up in a guide.
Wholesale and bulk
Tell us the titles, the quantity and the date you need them by. Turnaround on a bulk run is different from a single order, so the date is the part we need first.
What we cannot do
Track a parcel, change a delivery address, cancel an order, or issue a refund — all of those live with the retailer you bought from. We also cannot tell you when a title will be back in stock, because the stock is theirs. Saying so up front beats a two-day wait for the same answer.
Press and partnerships
We are a small team and we say no to most things, but we read every proposal. If you are writing about small-space living or reading corners and want images, ask — we would rather send you a proper file than have a screenshot go out.
Using our artwork
Pages are for personal colouring. For classroom, therapy-practice or resale use, write to us describing the use — those permissions are given case by case and are usually free.
Where we are
Our studio is in Đà Nẵng, Vietnam. Visits are by arrangement rather than drop-in.
